This particular line that I'm talking about is not between India and Pakistan, or between India and China, nor between Israel and Palestine. This one is far more interesting. So the guys responsible for tarring of the road have abruptly stopped their work at the LoC, because the stretch beyond the LoC apparently falls under a different ward - or some such similar bureaucratic reason! Can we move beyond the red-tape, please?!

no we cant.. at a slightly larger scale, if you drive out of karnataka, immediately you notice the change in road quality at the border..
Well!! No wonder we can't resolve the bigger LOC issue! We can't even solve the ones within our own country, let alone Pak! :D
